App for driver - Bus damage
| This feature is available if you company has purchased the Bus Damage module. This is a standard feature for TMR Queensland School Ticketing. |
Bus damage screen is used to illustrate any damages on the vehicle body if this feature is enable by the operators.
- Circle damaged areas on the vehicle's body directly on the iPad screen.
- Select Undo button to undo the recent circles sequentially. Only the red circles - the circles without x button, can be undo.
- Select X icon button to delete any circle damaged areas on the screen. Only the blue circles - the circles with x button, can be deleted. They are reported before.
- Select Delete button to confirm to delete a saved damaged area.
- Select Close button to exit the confirmation box and keep the saved damaged area.
- Select Next to continue.
- In the event NEW damage is noted, this is emailed to an assigned "manager" or "workshop manager".
