App for driver - Read and confirm handbooks

• Login to the Transportme app or QLDSchoolBus app. 
• Check Pre-departure check, define Bus Damage, enter Fault Message if these functions are available. 
• If there are any handbooks that driver needs to read and confirm, a pop up will be displayed and the driver is required to read and confirm the handbook(s) in the list to continue with the Driver app - the popup will not be shown on trip screen. 
• Read and confirmed from the popup HANDBOOK:

  

  • Select the handbook name to open the handbook screen:

    

    • Read the handbook: select the handbook name to open the content of the file. Scrolling up and down to read the file or enter specific page number to jump to that page. 
    • Select Changes Log to read the log for any extra information from the operator. 
    • Select Read and Confirmed button to inform the system that the handbook was read and confirmed. 
  • OR select SELECT ALL to confirm that all the handbooks on the list were read and select CONFIRM button. 
  • OR select the toggle to confirm to reach each handbook separately. CONFIRM button is only available when all handbooks in the list were selected. 
• Read confirmed handbook or confirm handbook in Information tab. 
  • Select Information tab from the main menu bar. 

  

  

  • Handbooks with information i icon that requires the driver to read and confirm. 
  • Select any handbook name card to open the handbook details screen to re-read or confirm the handbook was read.
