Max fare deduction
A max fare deduction occurs when a passenger taps on with their smartcard, but fails to tap off when deboarding. The Bus Operator configures both the time limit for tapping off and the Max Fare Deduction $ value. Please contact your Bus Operator for more details.
Unresponsive screen for Android devices
If when opening the app you find it unresponsive or the screen freezes, you should first try fully closing the app and restarting it. If this does not resolve the problem, you should uninstall and then reinstall the app.
You can also try to clear the Travel2School app cache to solve the issue:
- Go to Settings, then tap Apps.
- Tap Travel2School.
- Tap Storage.
- Tap Clear cache and Clear Data
- Then, please uninstall and try to install Travel2School app again.
Please note: This is the instruction for Samsung Galaxy Note 20. However, the instruction may be different a bit among android devices.
Lost/stolen smartcard
If your smartcard has been lost/stolen, please contact the issuing Bus Operator.
Refund
If you would like the balance of your smartcard account refunded, please contact the issuing Bus Operator.
Transfer funds between smartcards
If you would like to transfer funds between smartcard accounts, for example, transferring funds between your children's accounts, please contact the issuing Bus Operator.
