App for driver - getting help

When you have questions about how to use the driver app, this feature may give you the answers. 

• Select the Transportme™ Operator app or QLDSchoolBus app or TFNSW Driver app.
• Select FAB button - it can be question mark icon or phone icon located at the bottom right corner of the app to open the instant answers box. 

• Select Help ? button.

• Enter the keyword for your questions using the search box and select enter button on the soft keyboard.

• Select answers in the search result that may answer your questions. 
• Select X button on the article to close it. You can select new article to find more information or start a new search or you may want to select X button on the Instant Answers screen to close Help section. 
• Example: the driver wants to know how to add funds to smartcards by the app 
  • Enter Smartcard keyword into search box then select enter button on the soft keyboard.

  

  • Select Add funds to smartcard article to read its details. 

  

  • Select X button on the article to close it and return to Instant Answers screen.
