Service templates

Service templates are templates that hold service data and intervals, they are applied to vehicles to determine when the service is due to be carried out.
To create a new Service template press the Add service template button and fill out the details of the template:
Name - This is the name of the service template which will be displayed throughout the system and on reports. Example - A-Service
Description - A description of the service template. Example "Monthly Safety inspection"
KMS Due - How often, in kilometres this service is due. Example "5000" will mean the service is due every 5000 kms
Service ID - An internal reference
Schedule Plan - How often this service is due in days. Note: You can set a custom schedule plan by pressing the down arrow and selecting Custom....
Overdue - Select how this service will calculate either by Date only, By KMS only or both
Use checklist - Ticking this box will enable the use of the checklist below, lines can be added to the checklist and they will appear on the job card report
Use files - Ticking this box will print the attached file when printing job card reports.
Estimate (Hour) - Enter an amount of time you estimate this service taking your staff to complete
