Create Purchase Order

There are two ways to create a purchase order

1. Via the Purchase Order screen, by pressing the ADD PO button

2. When adjust parts in the Mechanic Parts screen by pressing the up arrow next to the part you want to order;

Once you have a Purchase Order screen open, fill out the details;

• Add line items by pressing the Add a line button
• If you want to add this purchase order directly to an active job card, enter the job card ID in the field.
