TVM - Driver app - Create defect

This feature is available if your company has purchased the Transportme Vehicle Maintenance module

There are two options for entering a defect via the Driver application.

  1. If your company has the feature pack Bus defect picture enabled, you can enter a defect by pressing the ADD DEFECT FAULT button;

  1. The second option is done via the Route selection screen on the driver app, by pressing the TVM button at the top right

Once pressed, the driver follows the 4 step process to register a defect

When Step 4 is reached, the driver can use the Bus defect picture as the image, by selecting it.
