Vehicle Requirements

Vehicle Requirements
Each vehicle in the SRC module will have a requirement profile, this profile will manage different processes when utilising the vehicle in the module.
To add a Vehicle Requirement profile, navigate to the Vehicle Requirement page and press + VEHICLE REQUIREMENT
Bus Number - Select the Vehicle this profile will be attached to
Options - Options are items or features the vehicle has, these will be cross referenced against customers requests. For example, you could put an option of Air-Conditioning then when a job is created if the customer requested Air-Conditioning this vehicle would meet the criteria, otherwise the user will be warned of a mismatch.
Requirements - These requirements will be checked against drivers who are assigned to work with the vehicle. For example, if the vehicle had a requirement of HR-Licence and the driver did not have the corresponding requirement, the user will be warned of a mismatch when allocating the driver to this vehicle.
Transmission Type - List the transmission type of the vehicle.
Vehicle Cost per Hour - List a cost per hour for this vehicle, this value will be used when running some reports.
Vehicle Cost per KM - As above
