This feature is available if your company has purchased the Shifts, Rosters and Charters module

Adding a Roster to an Operations Period

Once a Roster is created, it can be added to the Operations Calendar for a period that fits within the Rosters parameters. This action will bring all shift assignments in the Roster into the Despatch screen ready for day to day management of services.

Press + ADD ROSTER CALENDAR

Select a START & END Date, the system will then display the available Rosters to add, select which to add.

Once a Roster is added to the calendar, it will be shown via a coloured line on the Operations Calendar.
