Using the Mechanic Portal

Features of the mechanic portal currently include:

  • Viewing all assigned Job Cards.
  • Starting and capturing time.
  • Adding Parts.
  • Adding notes.
  • Checking off check lists.

Job cards assigned to the user will be shown on the main home screen:

Users can view the job card by pressing the eye icon.

Once inside the Job Card, users can:

  • Update the text fields.
  • Start a timer, capturing the time spent on the job card.
  • Add / Edit or remove parts by pressing the plus button to add or the pencil & trash icons.
  • Update the job card to save the information by pressing the Update Job Card,

Users can view a more detailed quick look at the job card by pressing the down arrows.
