Transportme™ Passenger app - resetting app account password
To reset your passenger app account password, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Provide your email address, and then tap on Forgot Password?.
Step 1: Provide your email address, and then tap on Forgot Password?.
Step 2: Check your email to find the reset password link and click the link. In some cases, the reset link email may be found in the Junk/Spam folder.
Step 3: Provide your new password according to the password rules and select the
Update Password button.
Step 4: Go back to the passenger app and sign in with your email and new password you provided.
