How to find instant answers from the app?
Following at least 03 first steps to find instant answers:
- Step 1: Select question mark icon on login screen or Help button located at the bottom bar of the app.

- Step 2: Select Answers button. Enter the keyword for what you want to learn about (e.g., "add smartcard") in the search box. Select the magnifying icon to initiate the search.
- Step 3: Choose the appropriate article from the search results to read and follow the instructions.
- Step 4: Select X button to close the selected article and select another article or repeat step 2,3 for a new search.
- Step 5: Select Close button to close Help screen.
