How will the stop order development work?

Within the Stops tab of the Route Edit, the user has the ability to add the same bus stops multiple times into the route in the correct order, and enter the multiple departure times for those bus stops.

The user when adding a new stop into a route can determine the order position of the stop (eg Stop A at stop No.5, 11, and 13 for example).

The user can move stops into the correct order at any point in time.
