App for driver - exporting routes to bus operator's system
When a route is ended, however it is not sent to the back end system (Operator Portal) because of some reasons, it will be saved under Unexported Route. For example, the driver end the route, but there is no internet connection at that time, the ended route will be saved under Unexported Route.
It is good practice to periodically check Unexported Route list to see if any ended routes have not been exported yet. This helps to synchronize all data appropriately.
- Login to the Transportme™ Operator app or QLDSchoolBus app or TfNSW Driver app.
- Check Pre-departure check, define Bus Damage, enter Fault Message if these functions are available.
- Select Unexported Route tab to view a list of all exported routes (if any).
- Option 1: Select Export All Routes button to export all routes in the list to Operator Portal immediately.
- Option 2: Choose the route name that you wanted to export from the Route list then select Export Route button next to un-exported route name to export it to Operator Portal immediately.
Note: an exported route can be found under Last Exported Route tab.
