App for driver - inbox
| Checking the Inbox to see the messages that the company sent to the drivers. The messages can be with or without attachment. Note: The new messages can also come to the driver app's Inbox while the drivers are using the app or driving or the driver has not logged in to the driver app yet or the driver app is in offline mode. |
- Login to the Transportme™ Operator app or QLDSchoolBus app or TfNSW Driver app (driver app).
- Check Pre-departure check, define Bus Damage, enter Fault Message if these functions are available.

Checking inbox
- Select Inbox button on the More menu of the trip screen.
- OR Select Inbox tab on the main menu to view message list.
- Unread messages have a dot in front.
- The attached file messages have attachment icon in front.
Viewing new message
- A new message may come when you are using the app or you are not logged in to the driver app yet or the driver app is in offline mode. You can check them all in your Inbox:
- Select View button to open the message detail in full screen to check. This read message will be saved in Inbox for the driver to check later. Note: Please do not view the message when you are driving.
- Select Close button to close the new message popup. The driver can check this unread message in the Inbox.
Reading message details in the Inbox
- Select Inbox.
- Locate the message you wanted to read using search box.
- Select the message you wanted to read to open it in full screen and be able to read the attachment (if any).
- On the message detail screen:
- Select the attachment name button to view the attachment content.
- Select < back button to be back to Inbox screen.
Deleting messages
- Delete message at Inbox screen:
- Option 1: Select Edit button to be able to select and delete messages.
- Select the delete icon in front of the message.
- Select Delete button to delete the message.
- Select Done button when you finish.
- Option 2:
- Swipe left the message you wanted to delete.
- Select Delete button to delete the message.
- Option 3:
- Select the message to open it in full screen.
- Select trash bin icon to delete the message.
- Option 1: Select Edit button to be able to select and delete messages.
