Install authenticator app and get one-time code

Using authenticator app in login process is only available for Transportme™ Operator portal and it goes with multifactor authentication module.
  • Install Authenticator app from Google Play or Apple Store. Recommend app is Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.

  • Open the authenticator app, eg Google Authenticator > select + plus sign.

  • Select Scan a QR Code and scan the QR Code on the login screen of the Operator Portal.
  • Get the one-time password code and enter  to login screen. The code is updated every 30 seconds.
  • The next time the system asks for the authentication code, simply enter the current code from the Authenticator app.
