Travel2School app - creating a new user account

The Travel2School app is a Queensland School Ticketing mobile app, which passengers and/or parents can download to their mobile device for free from the iOS App Store or Google Play store.

Signing up for a new Travel2School account.

• Once you have downloaded the app to your mobile device, select the Travel2School app.
• Select the New User? Sign Up button. 

• Complete the Sign Up form by entering the following details:
  • Email: Enter the email address you would like to associate with your Travel2School account. An email will be sent to this email address for you to verify your account. 
  • Password: Enter a valid password. Your password must include a lower and uppercase letter, a number, and be a minimum of 8 characters in length.
  • Confirm Password: Re-enter your password to confirm it has been entered correctly. 

• You can read the app's terms, data and cookie policy by selecting the link By selecting Sign Up, you agree to our Terms, Data Policy and Cookie policy.
• Select the Sign Up button and stay on the current screen of the app until you have verified your email address. 

• Check your mailbox for the email address you provided for your account. To verify your email address, open the email and select the link. Note: Check your Junk/Spam folder if you cannot find the email in your inbox. 
• If you cannot find the email, select the Resend verification email button to resent the verification email.

• Once you have selected the link, the email verified page will be shown confirming your email has been verified. 

• Go back the app, you will be signed in automatically and the Favourite page will be shown. You have now created your Travel2School account. 

Error messages examples

When creating your Travel2School account you may from time to time be presented with an error message if something isn't right.

	Double check that you have entered your email address correctly, including the @ symbol.

	Ensure the password you are entering meets the requirements. Your password must include a lower and uppercase letter, a number, and be a minimum of 8 characters in length.
	Double check the password and confirm password fields match.
	The email address provided cannot be used to create a new Travel2School account as it is already registered. Please try another email address or try logging in to your existing account. If you need to reset your password, use the forgot password function.
