Travel2School app - logging into the app

To login into the Travel2School app follow these steps:

• Select the Travel2School app on your mobile device. 
• Enter your registered email address and self-created password. 

• Select the Login button to login. 
• If you have forgotten your password, select Forgot Password?. More information on resetting your password can be found here. 

Error message examples

When logging in you may from time to time be presented with an error message if something isn't right. 

Error message example	Solution
	Double check that you have entered your email address correctly, including the @ symbol.
	Double check that you have entered your email address correctly, including the . symbol.
	Ensure the password you are entering meets the requirements. Your password must include a lower and uppercase letter, a number, and be a minimum of 8 characters in length.
	Double check you have enter the email address and/or password correctly. If you have not yet signed up, you will need to sign up for a new account before you can login.
