Resetting your app password
- Select the Travel2School app on your mobile device.
- Enter your registered email address into the Email field.
- Select the Forgot Password? link.
- Check your mailbox for an email to reset your password. Note: Check your Junk/Spam folder if you cannot find the email in your inbox.
- Select the reset password link in the email.
- On the Password Reset page, enter your new password and then select the Update Password button.
- To login using your new password, go back to the app and enter your registered email address and new password to login.
Error message examples
When reseting your Travel2School account you may from time to time be presented with an error message if something isn't right.
