Finding answers to common questions

The knowledge base allows Operator Portal users to search for instant answers before contacting Transportme's support team. The web based knowledge base allows anyone (not just Operator Portal users) to search for answers.

  • Login to the Operator Portal. 
  • Select Knowledge Base button located at the far end of the main menu.

  • You will be redirected to Transportme™ Knowledge base website.

    • Enter keywords to find answers using the search box.  
    • Or, you can select from the different categories, to find answers to common questions about Operator Portal, Driver App - Transportme Operator app or QLDSchoolBus app, Transportme™ Passenger app, Travel2School - Queensland School Ticketing mobile app .  app screenshot
      • Each application is organised into different categories for easier browsing. 
      • Select a category to view a list of related articles. 
      • Select an article from the related article list to view the details. 

Finding answers using Instant Answers

  • The Help function within the Operator Portal also allows a user to search for instant answers before contacting Transportme's support team.  
  • Login to the Transportme™ or QST or TfNSW Operator Portal. 
  • Select the Help button located at the bottom right corner of the screen. Note: you can access Help button on all screens of the operator portal after you have logged in.

  • Enter keywords into the search box then select enter. 
  • Select the article that suits your need to read the details. 
  • Select X button to close the selected article.

  • You may want to check more answers or select Close button to exit the Instant Answers window.
