Adding fuel to Vehicles

Adding fuel to vehicles captures Fuel and Odometer information that is interregnal to service calculation.

There are two methods of adding fuel to vehicles.

Driver app

Drivers can add a fuel entry directly from the Driver application

Fuel sheet Operator Portal

Fuel can be added directly from the existing fuel sheet in the Operator Portal.

To do this, find the relevant Fuel sheet in the list and press the Pencil icon

Once the Fuel Sheet opens, select add line

Bus number - Search for the vehicle you are applying a Fuel fill to

Create Date - Defaults to the current date

Last Odo - Will populate the last odometer entry of the selected vehicle when the vehicle is selected

Current Odo - Enter the current odometer of the vehicle. Note this is very important, this information is the direct data that is used when calculating next service information

Fuel QTY - Enter the amount of fuel

Fuel Econ - The fuel economy will auto populate, this is in L/100km
