Step 5 Returning the damaged/faulty ACR card reader


For- Queensland School Ticketing (QST) operators

There will be a return post pack in the replacement shipment you received addressed to Transportme. 
  • Prior to packaging the damaged/faulty device, please ensure the ACR card reader has been switched off for shipping. On the top of the device, please push the toggle switch to the "0" position.

  • Package up the damaged/faulty unit in the box the replacement iPad arrived in. Wrap the box in the bubble wrap supplied before putting it in the return post bag. 
  • Return post bags can be taken to any Australia Post post office. To find your nearest post office, you can search here
  • Use the existing support ticket to inform Transportme that the faulty device has been sent.
