How to locate the serial number on the Pin Code Generator

The serial number on the Pin Code Generator is an important identifier of the device.  The serial number is required when Bluetooth pairing to the driver application. 
 In addition, the serial number maybe requested by Transportme support to assist with support requests. If the device is unable to be turned on, damaged or scratched the serial number will not be able to be located. 

 When the Pin Code Generator device is plugged into a powered USB port-  The words “QLD Pin code generator” will appear briefly followed by the device serial number. The serial number will be displayed on the screen for 5 seconds.    The display will then be blank.
