PAX A920 - Update Transportme app

• If not turned on, turn on the PAX A920 device (terminal).
• Ensure the PAX A920 device is plugged in to a power source or at at least 20% charged.
• Ensure any connected iPad applications - TransportMe, QLDSchoolBus or TFNSW Driver application are logged out.
• Press the circle home button on the terminal to navigate to the main home page of the PAX A920 device.
• Complete the update process as per the below instructions:
  • Tap on the Transportme app on the PAX A920 to open the app.

  
  

  • Tap on CHECK FOR UPDATE button. 

  
  

  • Tap on Yes to confirm to start the update process.

  
  

• Check the Transportme app version after the update.

• After the update- if the satellite screen then shows and there is no status or navigation bar at the bottom of the screen, please follow these steps
• select the settings cog in the top left hand side of the screen

• Enter password "0000"

• Enable status bar and navigation bar options

• Select "O" at bottom of screen to exit and select Transportme application
