Setup myGovID (for QST Operator Only)

QST Operators need to set up myGovID. 

Following are the requirements:

  • Smart device to use myGovID app. Compatible with most smart devices and only available from the Apply App Store or Google Play.
  • Personal email address to be linked with identity documents provided. It should not be a shared or work email address.
  • 15 years or older.

Steps to setup myGovID 

  • Download the myGovID app 
  • Enter details. Follow prompts in the app to input full name, DOB and a personal email address.
  • Choose your identity strength. Options are Basic, Standard or Strong depending on the online service to be accessed.
