assenger app users can add, update, or remove themselves from a manifest, depending on route availability.

To manage travel in the app, users must first link their smartcards to their account.

Step 1: Navigate to My Smartcards
  • From the Home page, tap the Smartcards button to open the My Smartcards page.
  • This page allows users to manage their smartcard travel.
Step 2: Select a Smartcard
  • Use the Search Smartcards box to find the smartcard you want to manage.
  • Tap the vertical three-dot menu next to the smartcard.
  • Select My Travel to access travel details.
Step 3: Choose a Manifest Route
  • Select the date on the calendar.
  • Scroll to find and tap on the Manifest Route you want to manage.

Step 4: Choose an Action
Select the edit icon to modify boarding and de-boarding stops or update travel times.
Select the remove icon to permanently delete yourself from from the manifest.
Select the travel date icon to mark as absent for a specific date without removing yourself from the manifest permanently.
Select the add icon to set up your travel schedule.

Scheduling Travel
The Setup Config screen opens with:
  • Pre-filled travel details when selecting edit.
  • A blank form when selecting add.


Configuring Your Travel Plan

  • Route: Select the manifest route you want to travel on.
  • Boarding Stop: Choose where to get on the route.
  • Select Date: Choose when to start the travel plan.
  • Setup Type:
    • Repeat: Recurring travel setup for a specific period.
      • Weekly (default)
      • Monthly (shortcut for multiple weeks, e.g., "next 3 months" instead of "next 13 weeks")
      • Yearly (shortcut for 52 weeks)
    • Date: A one-time travel schedule for the selected date.
  • Setup for All Days: Toggle on if you will de-board at the same stop every weekday.
  • De-boarding Stop: Choose where to get off the route.
  • Tap Save to update or create your travel plan.

Multiple travel combinations can be created for a single smartcard to cover different travel needs.

Only smartcard with smartcards set to "deduct mode = tap on and off" can be searched and added to the manifest.
