How to Set Sleep / Screen Timeout Mode to “Never” on PAX POS Terminals

This guide explains how to configure the PAX POS terminal's Screen Timeout / Sleep Mode to 'Never'. 

Instructions 

  • (1) Tap the Settings icon on the terminal’s home screen

  • (2) Enter your terminal password and tap OK to access the settings menu

  • (3) Go to Display

  • (4) Select either:
    • Sleep (on models like A920)

    • Screen Timeout (on models like A910)

  • (5) Choose Never 

✅ Notes

  • A920 use Display > Sleep
  • A910s uses Display > Screen Timeout
