Update travel date for manifest route

  • This feature is available if your company has paid for Smartcards and Smartcard manifest modules.
  • Smartcard profiles of passengers, routes and stops must be created before using this function.

In a manifest route, there is an ability to mark passenger(s) who are not traveling from specific travel date(s), and the driver app will show the corresponding list to the driver. There is also the ability to skip stops that don't have any passengers.

UPDATE THE MANIFEST LIST ON SPECIFIC DATE(S)

  • Login to Transportme™ operator portal.
  • Select the Routes tab on the top menu.
  • Select Routes from the menu.
  • Locate the route required to update using Search bar, then select the Edit button in Action column for Transportme™ to open Route Edit - Route Information screen. 
  • In Route Edit screen, select the Smartcard Manifest tab > select the Travel Date button.

  • Select the Select travel date box to choose the travel date.

  • Switch off the Travel toggle if the passenger will not travel on the date and leave a note in Comment column (if any).

  • A successful confirmation will appear to confirm the changes have been made.update travel successful pop up
  • Select another travel date and repeat above steps to update the manifest list. 

CONFIGURE TO SKIP STOPS THAT DON'T HAVE ANY PASSENGER

  • Login to Transportme™ operator portal.
  • Select the Settings tab on the main menu.
  • Select Driver App tab on the side menu.
  • Select Skip stop without student box and select Save button.
