Create a route from pending routes
| This is available if your company has paid for the GPS BUNDLE feature. This is a standard feature for TMR Queensland School Ticketing. |
A Route must be created from the Transportme Driver app or QLDSchoolBus prior to completing this step.
- Login to Transportme™, QLDSchoolBus, or TfNSW operator portal.
- Select the Routes tab.
- Select Pending routes from the left menu: list of pending routes which were created from the driver app will be shown (if any).
- Locate the pending route from the list that is to be created.
- Select the pen icon in Actions column to open Edit Pending Route screen.
- On Edit Pending Route screen
- Enter route name into Route name field (mandatory).
- Choose Route category from the drop down list (mandatory).
- In Stop Name column, stop name can be edited.
- If there are Nearby Stops (existing stops within 100m radius), you can choose an existing nearby stops instead. If a nearby stop is chosen, its name cannot be modified.
- Select the trash bin icon in Actions to delete a stop from the route.
- Select the Save button to save all changes of the pending route. The route is still in the pending route list.
- Select the Approve button to open the pending route in Route Edit screen to edit route information > Select the Save Changes button to add the pending route officially to the system route list.
