Delete a ticket

  • Login to Transportme™ or QST or TfNSW operator portal.
  • Navigate to the Tickets tab in the main menu.
  • Use the Search box to find the ticket you wish to edit.
  • Select on the X button in the Delete column (for Transportme™ and TfNSW operators) or the trash bin icon in the Actions column (for QST operators). 
  • Confirm to delete the selected tickets. 

Note: 

  • If the ticket is in use, it cannot be deleted.
