Create a vehicle handbook

This feature saves time and paperwork allowing operators to add vehicle handbooks into their Operator Portal - which will then automatically add and update to the transportme™ Operator App on iPads for drivers to access, accept and view.

• Login to Transportme™ Operator portal.
• Select the Handbooks tab.
• Select the Vehicle Handbook tab.
• Select the + Vehicle Handbook button to open Handbook Information screen. 
• Enter Handbook name and Description to enable Save button. 
• Choose Vehicles that this handbook is assigned to from the drop down list (optional). 
• Select the Save button to create new vehicle handbook and show Handbook Files and Change Log sections to continue. You can come back later to edit the handbook. 
• Handbook files 
  • Select the Add button to add a handbook file. Note: upload file has to be a .pdf file and 10MB max. 
  • More than one handbook file can be uploaded. 
  • Select the eye icon in Action column to review the uploaded file content. 
• Change Log: select the Add button to add a log.

Note: 

• Only the vehicle handbooks that have file(s), assigned to vehicle(s) and not yet confirmed log(s) will be popped up and request the drivers who login to assigned vehicle(s) to read and confirm.
