Clear of bus check non compliance

Clear of Bus Check Non Compliance report determines the driver(s) who did not comply with the "clear of bus check" and the route name. The report also allows the operator to stop sending "clear of bus check" non compliance notifications to "bus check alert" contacts.
To record data for this report, "Clear of bus check box" has to be ticked in route set up. More information can be found here.
Note:
- This report is available if your company has purchased the Clear of Bus Check feature.
- This is a standard feature for TMR Queensland School Ticketing.

Login to Transportme™ or QST operator portal.
Select Reports tab on the main menu.
Select Clear of Bus Check Non Compliance tab on the side menu in Driver Compliance Report group.
Filter data:
- Date From and Date To: select the fields to pick up the dates from data pickers or enter the dates directly to define the date range of data.
- Include Historical Data: select this option to allow the report to include any deleted data.
- Select Route Category to include in the report. Note: This option is multiple choice.
- Select corresponding Route Name to include in the report. Note: This option is multiple choice.
- Select Driver Name to include in the report. Note: This option is multiple choice.
Select Generate C.O.B.C Non Compliance Summary button to run the report.

Operator can select Stop button in Stop receive notification column to stop sending clear of bus check non compliance message to bus check alert contacts.
