Passenger crowding reporting

  • Passenger Crowding report is for audit purposes to determine what routes were Crowded or Greater than 90% Capacity. 
  • Note: 
    • This report is available if your company has paid for the Passenger Crowding module. 
    • This is a standard feature for TMR Queensland School Ticketing.
  • Login to Transportme™ or QST operator portal.
  • Select Reports tab on the main menu. 
  • Select Passenger Crowding Reporting tab on the side menu.
  • Filter data: 
    • Include Historical Data: select this option to allow the report to run on any deleted data. 
    • Select Route Category to include in the report. 
    • Select corresponding Route Name to include in the report.
    • Select corresponding Stop Name to include in the report.
    • Select Driver Name to include in the report.
    • Date Range-From and Date Range-To:  select the fields to pick up the dates from data pickers or enter the dates directly to define the date range of data.
  • Select Generate Passenger Crowding Reporting button to run the report.

  • Note: a route is recorded in this report when the driver select the button Over 90% Capacity. This button can be found under More button on trip screen of  Transportme™ Driver app or QLDSchoolBus app.
