Report list
The list below is ALL the reports available with Transportme. However, the reports seen in your Operator Portal will be determined by the features/modules you have purchased. |
- Login to Transportme™ or QST or TfNSW operator portal.
- Select Reports tab on the main menu then the list of available reports for logged in user is shown.
- Need more information on a report, select Help button located at the bottom right corner of operator portal and type in the name of the report into Help search bar for detailed information.
REPORT LIST
Historical mapping information | The report shows details of a route run. It shows the route line recorded from the real route run at real time. It shows the stops of the route and also shows the speed at any points. |
Stop arrival time | The report shows what time the bus arrived or entered at the geofence stops on selected route. |
Overspeed Log | The report shows the list of any drivers/routes that have been recorded via the GPS speed of the vehicle as going "over" the speed limit allocated to that route. |
Fuel Report |
The report shows fuel fill details entered for any vehicles in the system. |
Govt Report |
The WS02 and WS03 TfNSW reports required monthly & also a ‘Revenue/Boarding’ report which is based on the RED/HFC Reconciliation report. |
Route Revenue Report |
The report shows the total revenue and total pax for selected routes during a period shown. The report is breakdown by day. |
Route Statistical Report |
The report shows the total revenue or total pax sold for selected routes during a period shown. The report is breakdown by ticket types. |
End of Route Report |
The route information on any specific route - including the shift length, driver, and ticket data. |
Cancelled Tickets Report | The report allows to filter and display the trips that had at least one cancelled ticket with the details of cancelled tickets. |
Detail Ticket Report |
The report lists the detail information of every ticket sold. |
Pax Boarding Point Report |
The report shows the information on where the passengers have boarded the bus, number of tickets were sold at a stop. |
Pax Boarding Point Report - NEW |
This report is similar to Pax Boarding Point Report with boarding date added and ticket type breakdown ability. |
Operator Keys Last Used Report |
The report shows the last time authentication keys (keys) were used during a specific period. The report can filter data by keys or buses and can also include historical data for archived keys. |
Smartcard – Transaction Report |
The report allows operator to view all smartcard travelers' transactions. Operator can also refund smartcard transactions. |
Smartcard – Last Used Report |
Show the smartcards with their last used or the smartcards which are not used in a certain days. |
Smartcard – Exception Report |
Failure reasons of smartcard travelers when tapping on. |
Smartcard – Tap on Method Report |
Show how smartcards were tapped on the Transportme™ Driver app or QLDSchoolBus app. |
Smartcard – Trip Count Report |
This report will count number of trips that students took based on routes within a date range. |
Pax Count Report or Passenger Count Report |
The report shows the total passengers on bus and its breakdown from total tickets sold, total pax added, and total pax evaded. |
Route Reporting |
This report is for audit purposes to determine which routes were completed, incompleted, or cancelled |
Passenger Crowding Reporting |
This report is for audit purposes to determine what routes were ‘Crowded/Greater than 90% Capacity’. |
On Time Reporting |
This report is for audit purposes to determine which routes were on time/late/early accordingly to scheduled time or scheduled bell times of the routes. |
Accessible Bus Services Reporting |
This reports displays what routes have been operated as a Timetabled Accessible Route with an allocated wheelchair accessible vehicle over a date range. |
Passenger List Report | This report allows the user to generate a report on routes using the ‘Passenger List’ style, showing what passengers have boarded the bus based on the drivers recorded information during the route. |
Bus Loading Report |
Show the number of passenger boarding/deboarding at each stop and loading status of the bus. |
Under/Over Report by Trip Under/Over Report by Shift |
The report enables operators to reconcile the cash revenue for a trip or for a shift and generate corresponding reconciliation report. |
On Demand Service Report | This feature ensures ODS Operators meet TfNSW requirements for reporting theirs On Demand Services. Also includes both changes to the CMS and Operator App to accommodate these changes. |
Worksheet Declaration |
This report allows QLD Private Operator to be able to report their ticket sales and declaration in the format required by TMR. The feature also allows ticket types to be set up specifically to ensure they are reported correctly in this report. |
Pre-Dep/EOS/Fit4Work |
The report shows the log when Pre-Departure checks, End of Shift checks, and Fit4wok check were checked on the Driver app. It can also show the fault messages if there is any. |
Clear of Bus Check Non Compliance |
This report determines the drivers who did not compliance the clear of bus check on which routes. |
OR1 Report | OR1 Report is related to TfNSW ODIN Reporting requirements. The report summarise the ticket sold revenues grouping by ticket type, passenger type and number of sections monthly. |
OR2 Report |
OR2 Report is related to TfNSW ODIN Reporting requirements. The report summarises the planned service KM of reporting routes monthly and these routes should be School Dedicated Route or Planned Timetabled Route. |
OR3 Report |
OR3 Report is related to TfNSW ODIN Reporting requirements. The report summarises the operational performance data by counting number of late or early trips monthly. |
OR4 Report |
OR4 Report is related to TfNSW ODIN Reporting requirements. The report summarises the total tickets sold by reporting routes grouped by ticket type, passenger type, and the number of sections monthly. |
OR8 Report |
OR8 Report is related to TfNSW ODIN Reporting requirements. The report summarises the total tickets sold in different time of the day grouped by ticket types and route types. |
Handbook Acceptance Report |
The report will show when a handbook was read and confirmed by the driver. The operator can also use the report to check which driver handbook has not been read or confirmed by a specific driver. |
Bus details |
Bus details will show the report of bus uses and fuel fill from selected bus only. |
