Outgoing message

- Login to Transportme™ or QST or TfNSW operator portal.
- Select Message tab from the main menu.
- Select Outgoing Message tab from the left menu.
- Use Search box to locate the message and check its information.
- Examples of Outgoing Message pages:
- For Transportme™ and TfNSW operators
- For QST operators
- A new message can be sent to the driver app from the Outgoing Message page using + New Message button for Transportme™ and TfNSW operators or Add New Message button for QST operators.
- Outgoing message list can be exported to different formats:
- Copy: save the report to the clipboard then you can paste the data to your document or spreadsheet, etc.
- CSV/Excel or Export CSV: export the data to corresponding format to your local storage for further use.
- Print: print out the data.
Delete Outgoing Message
- Locate the message you wanted to delete using Search box.
- Select Delete button for Transportme™ and TfNSW operators or trash bin icon for QST operators and follow the prompts. Confirm you want to delete by selecting OK. Select Cancel if you do not want to delete the message.
