Stripe payments

• Login to Stripe account following the link https://dashboard.stripe.com/login.
• Select  Payments button to check all payments in your Stripe account. You can also choose to view transaction by status such as Succeeded or Failed etc.

Some questions & answers related to Stripe payments: 

• How to refunds a Succeeded transaction?
  • Select on Succeeded tab to list all succeeded payment. 
  • Locate the transaction that need to be refunded. Can use Filter function to locate the transaction. 
  • Select on horizontal "..." to find refund option.
  • Select on Refund payment to do the refund.  

  

• How to check why a payment was rejected?
  • Select on Failed tab.
  • Search for the rejected payment you wanted to check, you can search by passenger’s email.
  • Select on the transaction record and you will find the failed reason.

  

• Why we need to know a Payment ID and where to get it?
  • Why: Stripe staff may ask you the payment ID of the transaction when you contact them for support.
  • Where: click horizontal ”…” at the end of each payment record > Copy payment ID OR as the above screenshot. The payment ID has the prefix pi_.
