Reinstate a Smartcard

This feature is available if your company has purchased the Smartcards module.
This is a standard feature for TMR Queensland's School Ticketing (QST).
  • Login to Transportme™ or QST operator portal.
  • Select the Smartcards tab on the top menu. 
  • Select Smartcards on the left menu. 
  • Use Advanced Search and select Show Deleted Cards checkbox to locate the deleted smartcards.

  • Locate the Smartcard you wish to reinstate, and then select reinstate button in Actions column - first column of the smartcard list table.

  • A pop-up box will appear to confirm the reinstatement of the smartcard. Select OK to restore the smartcard, or select Cancel to abort the process.
