Create a manual transaction

Please note: 
  • This feature is available if your company has purchased the Smartcards module.
  • This is a standard feature for TMR Queensland's School Ticketing (QST).

  • Prior to this step, a Manual Transaction reason will have to be created. A new reason can be created via Smartcard Setting page. 

  • Login to Transportme™ or QST Operator portal.
  • Select the Smartcards tab on the main menu. 
  • Select Smartcards from the left menu. 
  • Use any of the fields in Advanced Search to locate the smartcard. 
  • Locate the smartcard you wish to edit then select the card number link in Card No. column.

  • Select the dollar button located in the top right corner of the Smartcard Detail section.

  • Fill out the Add Transaction Manually form.

  • Manual Transaction Reason can be updated or added new from Smartcard Setting.
  • Select the Save button to process the manual transaction.
