Create a new zone

This is available if your company has paid for the Zones to Zone Ticket feature.
  • Login to Transportme™ or QST or TfNSW Operator portal.
  • Select Zones tab on the main menu.
  • Press on the New Zone button to add a new zone
  • Select the organisation to associate the zone with, name the zone, and press Save. Once the zone is associated with the organisation, the organisational user will be able to see and work on it.

  • The zone is now available to be assigned to stops using various methods, for more information on this see configure ticket sell mode
  • Note 
    • If no organisation is selected, the zone will not belong to any organisation. In this case, only the operator admin can view and work on the zone.
    • If you are an organisational user or operator admin and have selected the organisation from the top right corner of the portal, organisation dropdown list will not be displayed. The new zone will be created and associated with your organisation or the selected organisation.
