Pax boarding point report - NEW
| Pax boarding point report - NEW shows the information on where the passengers have boarded the bus, number of tickets were sold at each stop. Additionally, boarding date, stop latitude/longitude are added and and the data can be also breakdown by ticket types. |
- Login to Transportme™ or QST operator portal.
- Select Reports tab on the main menu.
- Select Pax Boarding Point Report - NEW tab on the side menu.
- Filter data:
- Select Date from and Date to date pickers to define the date range of data.
- Include Historical Data: select the option to be able to search the deleted data.
- Select Routes: select the field > enter the keyword to locate the routes > select the routes you wanted to show in the report. This filter is multiple choices.
- Select Ticket Types (optional): select the field > enter the keyword to locate the ticket types > select the ticket types you wanted to breakdown. This filter is multiple choices however if there is no ticket types chosen, the report only show the total ticket sold and there will be no ticket type breakdown.
- Select Generate button to generate the report.
- From the result:
- Locate the information you wanted to focus using Search box.
- Select the column header name to sort data.
- Select Export button to save the report as a CSV file to your local drive.
Note: all stops in data range will be shown regardless the number of tickets sold.
