Purchase request
The article shows referenced steps to place hardware order.
- Login to Transportme™ or QST or TfNSW operator portal.
- Select Order on the main menu and fill in the information as shown in the form.
- Purchase request: please make sure Purchase request option is selected in What can we help you with? drop down list.
- Raise this request on behalf of: please make sure the correct contact email address is selected. Our reply will be sent to this email address.
- Summary: short brief of the order.
- Requested Hardware: select the checkbox of corresponding hardware that you wanted to order.
- Details of Order: the quantity of selected hardware.
- Select Send button to place your order. Transportme™ team usually get back to you within 24 hours.
