Generate Offline Data

When updating data on the Operator Portal, you may want to generate a cache of data immediately so that it's available for download during the next driver app login in online mode and ready for use in offline Mode. Otherwise, the cache is only updated nightly at 12am AEST. 

• Login to Transportme™ or QST or TfNSW operator portal.
• Select Settings on the top menu.
• Select Offline Data on the left menu. 
• Select the Update offline data button to start to generate the cache. 
• Please wait while the update is in progress. When the update is complete, the button will return to its original colour, and a successful message will pop up.
