Cancelled Tickets Report
Cancelled Tickets Report allows you to filter and display trips that had at least one cancelled ticket, along with details of the cancelled tickets. The report can be broken down by smartcard types, ticket types, or payment types.
- Login to the operator portal.
- Select "Reports" tab on the main menu.
- Select "End of Route Report" tab on the side menu.
- Select the checkbox for "Cancelled tickets report".
- Filter data:
- "Include Historical Data": Select this option to search deleted data.
- Use the date picker for the "Date From" and "Date To" fields to specify the date and time for the search.
- Select the "Route Cate" (route category), "Route Name", and "Driver Name" (if searching for a specific driver).
- Toggle on the breakdown option to separate the results by smartcard types, ticket types, and/or payment types.
- Select "Generate End Route Summary" button to show the report. System will update data every 5 minutes and the route need to be ended to show details on the report.
