App for driver - viewing transactions and voiding tickets (NEW)

  • Login to the  Transportme™ Operator driver app.            
  • Select a route to begin a trip and sell tickets.
  • On trip screen, select Transactions button to view the transaction list of the current stop.

  • The Transaction List displays all the transactions that occurred at the current stop. Each transaction includes information such as the smartcard number or ticket type, boarding point, deboarding point, transaction amount, and transaction time.

  • Tickets sold can be cancelled by selecting the Void Ticket(s) button.
    • Smartcard tickets: The driver will need to confirm to Continue with voiding a smartcard transaction. Upon receiving confirmation, the ticket will be voided, the ticket amount will be refunded to the smartcard's balance, and the smartcard's transaction will be noted as "Cancelled" in the "Transaction report" on the operator portal.

    • Cashless tickets by A920: The driver will need to confirm to Continue with voiding the transaction(s). Upon receiving confirmation, the ticket(s) will be voided, and the ticket amount will be refunded to the card payment. The driver does not need to manually process the refund on the PAX A920. Please note that this process is supported from Transportme Pax app version 1.4.1 and Satellite app version 047C. For older app versions, transactions cannot be voided.

    • Cashless tickets by Square: The driver will need to confirm to Continue with voiding the transaction. Upon receiving confirmation, the ticket will be marked as voided, and a cancellation request email will be sent to the operator. The operator will then need to manually refund the transaction via Square.

  • Voided tickets have the button Void Ticket(s) replaced with the "Voided" text.

Note: 

The transaction(s) may not be voided when the TransportMe PAX app and Satellite app installed on the PAX A920, and the driver app on the iPad, are not compatible. Please upgrade the apps to the latest versions to enable the void feature. Some incompatible messages may appear.
