App for driver - viewing transactions and voiding tickets

  • For TfNSW Driver app, find more information here about transactions and how to void ticket(s). 
  • For the TME Driver app version 5.11.1 with TME Pax 1.4.1 and Satellite app 047C installed on the PAX A920, you can find more information here about transactions and how to void ticket(s).
  • Login to the  Transportme™ Operator app or QLDSchoolBus app or TfNSW Driver app.                    
  • Check  Pre-departure check, define Bus Damage, enter Fault Message if these functions are available. 
  • Select Route to start a trip. 
  • On trip screen, select Transactions button to view the transaction list of the current stop.

  • Transaction List shows all the transactions that happened at the stop.

  • Each transaction has information of smartcard number or ticket type : boarding point - deboarding point, transaction amount, transaction time.

  • A ticket sold can be cancelled by following options: 
    • Select Void Printed Tickets button: to cancel a non-smartcard ticket. If it is a cashless ticket, please follow these steps: 
    • Select Refund button: to cancel a smartcard transaction and the transaction amount will be refunded to the smartcard account. Note: the Void Printed Tickets on a smartcard transactions may be removed in the future.
      • Select Refund button to confirm. 
      • Select Cancel button to close this prompt and do nothing.

  • A voided ticket or refunded ticket will be highlighted darker and Void Printed Tickets or Refund button is hidden.

  • Select < back button to close Transaction List screen and go back to the trip screen.
