App for driver - viewing transactions and voiding tickets
- Login to the Transportme™ Operator app or QLDSchoolBus app or TfNSW Driver app.
- Check Pre-departure check, define Bus Damage, enter Fault Message if these functions are available.
- Select Route to start a trip.
- On trip screen, select Transactions button to view the transaction list of the current stop.
- Transaction List shows all the transactions that happened at the stop.
- Each transaction has information of smartcard number or ticket type : boarding point - deboarding point, transaction amount, transaction time.
- A ticket sold can be cancelled by following options:
- Select Void Printed Tickets button: to cancel a non-smartcard ticket. If it is a cashless ticket, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: "Void Printed Tickets" on the driver app
- Step 2: Refund the transaction on the PAX POS (terminal).
- Select Refund button: to cancel a smartcard transaction and the transaction amount will be refunded to the smartcard account. Note: the Void Printed Tickets on a smartcard transactions may be removed in the future.
- Select Refund button to confirm.
- Select Cancel button to close this prompt and do nothing.
- Select Void Printed Tickets button: to cancel a non-smartcard ticket. If it is a cashless ticket, please follow these steps:
- A voided ticket or refunded ticket will be highlighted darker and Void Printed Tickets or Refund button is hidden.
- Select < back button to close Transaction List screen and go back to the trip screen.
