Edit stop list of a route

  • Login to Transportme™ or QST or TfNSW operator portal. 
  • Select the Routes tab on the main menu.
  • Select the Routes tab from the side menu.
  • Locate the route you wanted to edit the stop list using Search box. 
    • For Transportme™ and TfNSW operators, select the Edit button in Action column to open Route Edit screen. 
    • For QST operators, select eye icon in Actions column to open Route Edit screen. 
  • Select the Stops tab to open stop list of the route 
  • On the next screen, ensure Stops tab is selected.

On the stop list page, you have the option to add new stop(s), remove stop(s) from the list, or update other information for the stop(s). This can include the stop order, their departure times, the names displayed on the Passenger app or Travel2School app, and more.

  • Update information of multiple stops: Select the pen icon (1) to edit all stops at once.     
    • Edit stop order: select the appropriate stop order number from the drop down box of Stop Order column to update the stop order.

    • Selecting a different stop: Choose new stop name from the drop down box in Stop Name column to change the stop. Stop must already be created before it can be shown in the drop down list.edit stop name
    • Update Departing Time. Select the current departing time field and make any necessary edits. Once the departing time is entered, the departure time will be displayed on the transaction screen of the driver app when the driver enters the geofence of that stop. If the bus arrives at the stop before this time, it will be displayed in red. If the bus arrives at the stop on the allocated time or later, it will be displayed in green.
    • Update Display Name: enter stop name that you want to show on the TransportMe Passenger app or Travel2School app. If this field is empty, the app will show the Stop Name value. 
    • Check Is Popular?  if it is a popular stop or destination that passengers travel to, these stop(s) will be displayed on the transaction screen in the driver app. This will save the drivers time when selling tickets, as those stops are always on the screen.
    • Check MidPoint? if this stop is a midpoint for reporting purposes.
    • Finished Editing: Select the green checkmark icon to save the changes or the X icon to discard any modifications.

  • Update information of individual stop, select the pen icon (2) next to the stop you wish to modify, and then make any necessary edits. Select the green checkmark icon to save the changes or the undo icon to discard any modifications.

  • To add a new stop to the route: select Add New Stop button. 
    • Select the stop from Stop Name drop down list. 
    • Update the stop order if required. 
    • Provide other information about Departing time, Is Popular, MidPoint which are optional. 
    • Select the green tick to add the new stop to the stop route list. 
  • Delete stop(s): Choose one or more stops you wish to remove from the route by checking the checkbox next to each stop in the Action column. Afterward, click the Delete Selected Stops button to delete the chosen stop(s), confirming the action when prompted. Please note that this action solely removes the selected stop(s) from the route.
