Step 3 Replacement of iPad- replacement arrives

For- Queensland School Ticketing (QST) / Rural and Regional (R&R) TfNSW operators:

Once you have the replacement iPad, these are the next steps to take.

• Remove the replacement device from the packaging.  Keep the box, bubble wrap and return postage satchel if you are returning a damaged/faulty device to Transportme.
• Turn the iPad on.  Hold down the power button for 2 seconds. 

• The iPads are locked down via Mobile Device Management (MDM) allowing the driver application to automatically load.
• The apple logo will appear, then the QLD school bus (QST operators) or Driver application (R&R operators) will load.  The landing page is the driver login screen.

• Check the data signal of the iPad.  How to check data signal 
• The registration number of the vehicle this device is assigned to is written on the box.
• Prior to taking the iPad to the assigned vehicle for peripheral device Bluetooth pairing, ensure you have your driver login details to allow login to the driver application.  Create a driver.
