Login to Transportme™ or QST or TfNSW operator portal.
Select the HRM tab.
Select Add Employee button.
Enter driver's details into Add Employee screen and then select the Create button to save.
Username (mandatory): given to the driver to login to the Driver app on the iPad.
Password (mandatory): given to the driver to login to the Driver app on the iPad. For Queensland School Ticketing, operators will need to ensure that passwords meet the Department of Transport & Main Road's policy for information security. Instructions can be found here on how to meet industry standards for information security.
Email Address (optional): a way to contact the driver.
First Name and Last Name (mandatory): this will show on the Driver app.
Drivers LicenceNo and LicenceExpire Date (mandatory).
Driver's Authority number and Driver's Authority expiry (mandatory).
Is Manager: select this checkbox to assign the driver to become a manager then the driver will receive emails and alerts for some transportme™ features such as expired licence message, fault messages which are reported by the drivers from the Driver app.
Is Workshop Manager: select this checkbox to assign the driver to become a workshop manager then the driver will receive emails and alerts for some transportme™ features such as expired licence message, fault messages which are reported by the drivers from the Driver app.
