Zone to Zone Ticketing Setup

Zone to Zone ticketing allows operators to configure ticket sales across different zones. Multiple stops can be associated with a single zone, providing greater flexibility in selling tickets across the network.

Enabling the Feature

The Zone to Zone Ticketing feature must be enabled by TME. For an overview of how this feature works, refer to the Zone to Zone Ticketing knowledge base article.

Setting Up Zones

If using this feature for the first time, zones must be created before proceeding. Follow the system instructions to Create a new zone. 

Configuring Ticket Sell Mode

Once the Zone to Zone Ticketing feature is enabled, different configurations determine how stops can be selected in the Driver app. For example, destination stops can be grouped by zone, or stops can be defined individually.

Linking Stops to Zones
