Why is the passenger not showing up on the driver app?

Yes, stops without scheduled passengers for the day can be skipped. To enable this feature, go to Driver App Settings in the operator portal and configure the necessary settings.
Can a passenger who is not in the manifest board the bus?
Yes, a walk-in passenger with a valid smartcard can board the bus, but this requires confirmation from the driver.
